Victoria Beckham's Label Turns Its First Profit in 18 Years
A £7.3m operating profit on revenue of £129.8m for 2025 — the first since the label launched in 2008, and a long way from being £54m in debt.
Victoria Beckham Holdings has recorded an operating profit of £7.3 million for the twelve months to 31 December 2025, against an operating loss of £1.6 million the year before. It is the first operating profit the label has posted since it launched in 2008. Revenue rose 15 per cent to £129.8 million, up from £112.7 million, and EBITDA went from £2.2 million to £12.1 million — more than fivefold.
The distance travelled is the story. Beckham started the label in 2008, debuting ready-to-wear at New York Fashion Week, and added beauty in 2019. In 2017 she sold 30 per cent of the company to NEO Investment Partners for around £30 million, which triggered a restructure. By 2022 the business was nearly £54 million in debt.
Victoria Beckham, to the Financial Times: 'After 20 years, people don't look at my brand as a celebrity brand any more.'
The London detail: sales at the Dover Street flagship benefited from increased footfall and conversion following a revamp of the store, with online trading also improving. Dresses and gowns accounted for 32 per cent of the retail business, led by Iconics styles including the Katherine jacket, the Isabella gown and the Alina trouser. Sybille Darricarrère Lunel, who joined from Christian Dior Couture in July 2025 to lead the fashion business, called it 'a landmark moment for Victoria Beckham' that 'reflects several years of disciplined execution and strategic investment'.
Beauty is doing the heavy lifting. Lauren Edelman, chief executive of Victoria Beckham Beauty, said The Foundation Drops 'more than doubled category sales and is a strong indicator of our runway in skincare'; the product sold out after its 2025 launch and drew a waitlist of more than 25,000 before its return. The division is targeting over 300 retail locations across 15 markets, having entered KaDeWe in Berlin and de Bijenkorf in Amsterdam. The company also credits its Netflix documentary series and a Gap collaboration with raising awareness. A first US store opened at Bal Harbour Shops in May; a Mercer Street store is due in New York this month.
One caveat worth stating plainly, because the figures are everywhere this week and the paperwork is not. These are company-released numbers, first reported by the Financial Times. They are not yet on the public register: the most recent accounts filed at Companies House for Victoria Beckham Holdings Limited are the group accounts made up to 31 December 2024, filed in August 2025.
