Before you book

What does a half day and a full day mean?

A half day is four hours. A full day is eight hours. Both run consecutively within the same day.

Is the cove included in the price?

Yes. The rate covers the room, the cyclorama and the power. There is no separate cove charge.

How much notice do I need to cancel?

At least 48 hours. Cancellations inside 48 hours incur a cancellation fee, and same-day cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable. The fee amount is confirmed at the time of booking.

What happens if we run over?

Additional time beyond the booked session is charged. Tell us in advance if you think you'll need it and we'll hold the room where we can — it's almost always cheaper than the alternative.

Do you need a deposit?

Bookings are confirmed on full payment or a deposit, as specified at the time of booking.

Can I hire equipment as well as the room?

Equipment hire options are available. Email us with your kit list and we'll tell you what we can cover in-house and what you'll want to bring.

Full terms, including cancellation and liability, are on the terms page. Cancellation notice is 48 hours.
