One 4,000 sq ft unit off Paulet Road in SE5, on the Southwark and Lambeth border: two coves, a DJ room, a podcast room, a music studio and a workshop. Park in the yard, come in through the roller door, and book one room or the whole building.

In every room but one, lights are charged separately from the room rate, so please enquire about our lights and we will quote for what your shoot needs. The exception is the DJ room, where the professional film lighting is rigged in the room and included in the rate.

Block A, Chartwell Business Park, 61–65 Paulet Rd, London SE5 9HW — in SE5, on the Southwark and Lambeth border. Look for the grey unit with the blue Block A sign on the corner, park in the yard and come in through the roller door.
What rooms can I hire there?
Six: Studio A, 1,200 sq ft with a drive-in white cove, from £160; Studio B, a sound-treated room with a colour-washable cyclorama from £120; the DJ room at £75 an hour with a four-hour minimum; the podcast room at a flat £40 an hour; the music studio from £40 dry; and the workshop from £120. A whole-building buyout is from £1,500 a day.
Is there parking, and how do we load in?
There is parking on site, in the yard in front of the unit, and load-in is at ground level with no stairs and no lift between the yard and Studio A. We have not published the number of spaces, so if you are bringing several vehicles or a large van, email us with the details and we will confirm what we can hold on your date.
Are you open at weekends?
We are open 7 days a week. Exact opening hours are not fixed — bookings are taken through Acuity, so the availability shown there is the real answer. If you need an early start or a late finish, ask and we will see what is possible.
Can I book more than one room on the same day?
Yes. All six rooms are in the same unit, so a day can move from a cove to the podcast room to the music studio without changing postcode. A whole-building buyout from £1,500 a day gives you five of the rooms plus the kitchen, the dressing room and the parking with nobody else on site; the DJ room sits outside a buyout and is booked separately.
What is on site besides the rooms themselves?
A kitchen, a dressing and prep room, a client lounge, high-speed Wi-Fi and parking in the yard. Lights are charged separately in every room except the DJ room, where the film lighting is rigged and included, so please enquire about our lights for anything else.
