Hire · SE5 9HW, South London · from £120 · open 7 days

Twenty seats, ten Macs, one quiet room.

Every shoot needs the room nobody films in: where the call sheet gets rewritten, the client takes a call and the editor pulls selects while the floor is still rolling. The workshop room is that room — twenty seats and ten iMac workstations — and Studio B carries its own edit and playback area for reviewing on set.

How it works

  1. 01Say what the room is for that dayA production office, a casting, an edit day or a class all use the same twenty seats differently; tell us and we will set up for it.
  2. 02Book the half or the full day£120 for four hours, £240 for eight, set-up inside the booked time. Book it beside a Studio A or Studio B day, or take the whole building from £1,500 to put office, floor and edit under one closed roof.

Straight answers

What does production office & edit suite hire london cost at Scope?
Workshop starts at £120. Studio B starts at £120. Set-up and pack-down are inside your booked time.
Can we use the workshop as a production office during a shoot?
Yes. It is twenty seats and ten iMac workstations at £120 for a half day or £240 for a full day, and it runs as a production office, a casting room or an edit suite depending on the week. Book it alongside Studio A or Studio B, or inside a whole-building buyout.
Is there an edit suite on site?
Two kinds. Studio B has a dedicated edit and playback area for reviewing on set, and the workshop room's ten iMacs take an edit day of their own.
What software is on the iMacs?
We have not published the iMacs' specification or installed software, so tell us what you cut on when you enquire and we will confirm what is installed and what to bring.
Can we hold a casting here?
Yes. The workshop room is built for casting and audition days, with the client lounge as the waiting room and Studio B in the same building when a reading needs to be filmed with clean sound.
