Your launch, your team, and the whole building if you need it.

An in-house team usually shoots in bursts: a product launch, a season of e-commerce, a leadership message, an all-hands piece. What it needs from a room is control of the light, the sound and who is in the building. Studio B is the controlled room, Studio A takes the product at scale and the Podcast Room does the spoken pieces by the hour; and when the work is not for anyone else's eyes yet, the whole-building day puts nobody else on site.

How it works

  1. 01Brief the day, not the roomList the pieces — hero, pack, lifestyle, motion, leadership, Q&A — with the order of looks and who approves each. That list decides the rooms, and it tells us whether a closed set is worth it.
  2. 02Decide how closed the set needs to beA single room booking is the room. For an embargoed product or a message that must not be overheard, the whole-building day from £1,500 puts Studio A, Studio B, the Podcast Room, the Music Studio, the Workshop, the kitchen, the dressing room and the parking under one booking with nobody else on site. The DJ room sits outside it.
  3. 03Book and quote the lightsStudio A is £160, £320 and £620 for two hours, a half day and a full day; Studio B is £120, £220 and £420; the Podcast Room is a flat £40 an hour. Lights are charged separately in every room but the DJ room — please enquire about our lights and we will quote for what your shoot needs.
  4. 04Ask for what is not publishedSupplier onboarding forms, confidentiality agreements, account terms and purchase-order handling are not published here, so ask when you enquire and we will tell you what we can and cannot supply. If the job also needs crew, kit, set builds, props, talent or post-production, the team can source and manage them and quote for them.

In the building with every booking

  • Kitchen
  • Dressing and prep room
  • Client lounge
  • High-speed Wi-Fi
  • Parking

In every room but one, lights are charged separately from the room rate, so please enquire about our lights and we will quote for what your shoot needs. The exception is the DJ room, where the professional film lighting is rigged in the room and included in the rate.

Anything not listed — ceiling heights, cove dimensions, power, capacities — is on request rather than guessed at. Ask us and you will get an exact answer.

Straight answers

What does brand content studio hire london cost at Scope?
Studio B starts at £120. Studio A starts at £160. Podcast Room starts at £40. Workshop starts at £120. Set-up and pack-down are inside your booked time.
Can an in-house team shoot an embargoed product at Scope?
Yes, and the whole-building day is the tool for it: from £1,500 for the day with nobody else on site, so no other client is in the building. A single-room booking is for the room, so say at the enquiry how sensitive the product is and ask what confidentiality arrangements can be put in place; they are not published here.
Should an in-house team build a studio or hire one?
Hire when the shoots come in bursts and a built room would sit idle between them: you pay for the block you use, and set-up and pack-down are inside it. Build when the work is daily and always the same. Some teams do both: a small permanent set for routine pieces and a hired cove for launches. The rates are published, so the break-even is your own arithmetic.
Can we shoot leadership and internal comms video with non-actors?
Yes. Studio B is quiet, sound treated and controlled, which is what a non-actor needs to relax, and it has make-up and styling zones. Run the first take as a rehearsal, keep scripts short and show the speaker the playback in the edit and playback area.
Can we shoot e-commerce product volume in one booking?
Yes. Studio A's white cove is the room for a seamless-white run and Studio B's cyclorama gives a colour set; both black out, so the light is the light you set. We have not published an in-house kit list, so bring your own turntable, table and rigging. The e-commerce guide in the journal covers shot lists.
Can the team approve work on site, and where does the client wait?
Studio B has a dedicated edit and playback area for reviewing on set, and the building has a client lounge, a kitchen and a dressing and prep room. Agree before the day who has the authority to approve, because the room cannot settle that for you.
How do we book, and what are the terms?
Studio A, Studio B, the Podcast Room, the Music Studio and the Workshop have online calendars, and nothing is held until it is booked and paid for. Set-up and pack-down sit inside the booked time, 48 hours' notice is needed to cancel, same-day cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable, and clients must hold appropriate insurance. Anything beyond that, ask.
