Terms and Conditions – Studio Bookings

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of Scope Media Studios' facilities and services by individuals or organizations booking studio time via our website or through any other means. By booking with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

1. Booking and Payment

1.1 All studio bookings must be made through our website or by contacting us directly.
1.2 Bookings are confirmed only upon full payment or deposit, as specified at the time of booking.
1.3 We accept Cash, Debit/Credit cards, Bank transfers, etc…
1.4 Prices are listed on our website and may be subject to change without notice.

2. Cancellation and Rescheduling

2.1 You may cancel or reschedule a booking by providing at least 48 hours' notice.
2.2 Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the booking will incur a cancellation fee.
2.3 No-shows or cancellations on the day of the booking are non-refundable.
2.4 Scope Media Studios reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a booking due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund or alternative date will be offered.

3. Use of the Studio

3.1 Clients must arrive on time. Additional time required beyond the booked session will incur extra charges.
3.2 The studio must be used for lawful, professional purposes only.
3.3 Clients are responsible for any damage caused to equipment or facilities during their session.
3.4 No smoking, illegal substances, or hazardous activities are permitted on the premises.
3.5 Children under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.

4. Equipment and Facilities

4.1 The studio includes the use of listed equipment, as described on our website.
4.2 Clients are responsible for checking that equipment is functioning correctly at the start of their session.
4.3 Any technical issues must be reported immediately to staff.

5. Liability

5.1 Scope Media Studios is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to client property during studio use.
5.2 Clients must have appropriate insurance coverage for their own personnel, equipment, and activities.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Clients retain all rights to content they produce during their session.
6.2 Scope Media Studios may request permission to use behind-the-scenes footage or content for promotional purposes, but will not do so without prior written consent.

7. Conduct

7.1 Disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of the session without refund.
7.2 We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

8. Privacy

8.1 Any personal information collected during the booking process will be handled in accordance with our [Privacy Policy].
8.2 Clients may request access to or deletion of their personal data at any time.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
